Little Corner

Located far from the city center, this six-story house is one of our rental apartment projects. The homeowner—a woman with a free-spirited and gentle lifestyle—envisioned a space that is modestly equipped yet comfortable and affordable for students and workers in the area.

With this vision in mind, we opted for a modern, minimalist design infused with a touch of Japandi style. The goal was not only to meet practical living needs but also to create a calm and pleasant atmosphere. A neutral palette—featuring white, beige, and brown—serves as the backbone of the design, applied consistently from the building façade to the interior furnishings. Each unit, though compact, is thoughtfully designed to optimize natural light and ventilation through well-placed windows. Functional furniture—with an emphasis on storage—helps maintain a clean, organized, and convenient living experience. The soft tones of white, beige, and brown flow throughout the space, fostering a friendly and livable ambiance in every corner. The homeowner’s private room reflects her relaxed personality: a low bed paired with a bench for lounging and watching TV, and a light partition separating the sleeping area from the built-in wardrobe and vanity. A wall of frosted glass tiles divides the bedroom from the bathroom—offering brightness and openness without the heaviness of a traditional wall. On the rooftop, a small altar faces a terrace garden with a water feature and mini fountain. The gentle sound of trickling water enlivens the space while adding a touch of moisture during hot days—like a cool breeze on a quiet family afternoon.

From the calming color scheme to the careful attention to lighting, every detail strikes a balance between function and feeling. We believe that even a temporary rental can be a place of comfort—a space where anyone can find a little corner to call home.
