In this elegant 160m² apartment, we collaborated with the homeowner to complete part of the shared living space — a place that reflects the modern, refined, and orderly lifestyle of a Korean woman who values cleanliness and minimalism.

The spacious interior, filled with natural light from large glass windows, provided the perfect foundation for creating a serene, elegant, and warm home. From the outset, the client had one clear request: all surfaces must be easy to clean, resistant to dust and fingerprints — a crucial criterion for maintaining a neat and polished daily life. As such, all materials were carefully selected to balance aesthetics with practicality.

The living and dining areas are seamlessly connected, featuring a palette of white and cream paired with light wood, offering a sense of calm sophistication. Delicate feminine touches — like sculptural ceiling lights, a vase of roses, or abstract art — subtly express the homeowner’s graceful personality.

Though compact, the kitchen is fully equipped. A sleek mini bar with tall chairs offers the perfect nook for unwinding — whether starting the day with a cup of coffee or ending it with a glass of red wine in a soft, tranquil atmosphere.
