Ebmpapst Office is one of our hallmark office interior design projects. The client, representing the Singapore office, brought valuable insights from his positive past work environments and wished to recreate that atmosphere in the new space. His feedback became essential in shaping a design closely aligned with both functional needs and emotional resonance.

Spanning approximately 160m², the layout is logically organized, interconnected, and open. The clear zoning of dynamic, neutral, and quiet areas ensures flexible connectivity between zones while meeting distinct functional requirements. The dynamic area includes the product showroom and pantry. The neutral zone serves as a shared workspace for all staff members. Two quiet spaces—the meeting room and CEO office—are enclosed with glass partitions and doors to maintain privacy and sound insulation while preserving visual openness.

The color palette is limited to three tones: white, blue-gray, and black. White and blue-gray dominate the desks and storage units, while black accents appear on handles and metal frames. This combination delivers a soft, modern ambiance without feeling cold. Subtle touches of orange and burnt orange add emotional warmth and contribute to a positive, cohesive working environment. A major advantage of the office is its three walls fitted with large glass windows, allowing abundant natural light. However, in a tropical climate, this also poses a challenge in heat control. Therefore, carefully selected sun-shading curtains—both in material and color—help minimize heat absorption and ensure year-round comfort for the workspace.

With meticulous attention to every design detail, Ebmpapst Office is not only an efficient workplace but also a vibrant space that sparks inspiration. Here, every individual finds a sense of belonging—where light, materials, and the smallest elements quietly nurture boundless creative energy.
