In this cozy 65-square-meter space, the apartment is not just a place to live — it marks the beginning of a new chapter in the sisters’ lives: one of growth, independence, and deeper connection in the heart of the city. The question we asked ourselves was:
“How can we create a shared home for two distinct personalities — one that allows individuality while nurturing closeness?”
We reimagined the layout with a focus on flexibility and functional efficiency. A modern, minimalist design paired with a neutral color palette and natural materials brings a sense of softness and warmth throughout. Outdated partition walls were removed to create a spacious and open shared living area — the heart of the home — where the sisters can eat breakfast together, relax, and reconnect after a busy day.
The two bedrooms are completely separate, providing privacy while allowing each sister to express her personality. Natural light floods the apartment through large windows and flows into the bedroom through a glass partition, enhancing the sense of openness and vitality. This design not only expands the spatial perception but also preserves essential privacy. Subtle decorative touches in the dining area, around the windows, and on the TV wall add warmth and personal character.
We believe that a meaningful home doesn’t need to be elaborate — it simply needs to nurture understanding, sharing, and growth. Just like the special bond between the two sisters, this apartment is designed to support and reflect that connection every day.
